Mid Morning Snack
3 Mini Babybel Light Cheeses - HEXA
Raspberry's and grapes

Lunch
Reduced Fat Cheddar & Pickle Sandwich
using 2 slices wholemeal bread - HEXB
42g Reduced Fat Cheddar - HEXA

Mid Afternoon Snack
2 Alpen Light Bars

1 Large Banana - Free

Snack
3 Mini Babybel Light Cheeses - HEXA
Grapes & Satsuma Segments - FREE

Lunch
Mixed salad leaves, red onion, tomato, beetroot
all on 2 slices WM bread (HEXB)
thinly spread extra light mayo (1/2 syn) & 1 tblsp Branston Pickle (1 syn)

Snack
Mullerlight Yoghurt
Banana

Dinner
TBA - depends on WI! :giggle: Lol :D

Good Morning All! What a lovely day... NOT! I cannot believe it's so grey out there! It's not going to stop me though... I am going to be on track, as losing 2.5lbs yesterday at WI made me feel so good... I want to feel like that at every WI! :D

So here is today's menu... It is RED for me today:

3 rashers of rindless bacon (With all other fat removed)
2 Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms mixed in

Mid Morning Snack
Hi Fi Bar (Mint) - 6 SYNS
3 Babybel Light Cheeses - HEXA

Lunch
2 Slices WM Bread - HEXB
Grilled Chicken
Grilled rindless bacon (With all other fat removed)
Mixed Salad Leaves / Onion
1 Tablespoon extra light mayo - 1/2 SYN

Afternoon snacking
Rhubarb Mullerlight Yoghurt
Banana / Apple / 2 Satsuma's

Dinner
Beef Chilli
100g Wholemeal Pasta - HEXB

Activity - Either Wii Fit (If it has arrived) or an exercise DVD

Side Salad
85g Bacon (Raw Weight) - HEXB
42g Reduced Fat Cheddar - HEXA

Activity - aim to do an hr on Wii Fit tonight
 
Lol! I love my wiifit too :) Love hooping and step, but I just can't run! (never could as a kid though either) and trying to stay in one place whilst bouncing all over the place is nigh on impossible lol what are you enjoying ?

I love the hula hooping and the yoga etc. I can't do the running either, I run like Pheobe out of Friends! :giggle:

- Lettuce / Spring Onions / Tomatoes / Cucumber / Beetroot
- 1 Teaspoon Ketchup - 1/2
- 1 Teaspoon Extra Light Salad Cream - 1/2
(To make my own Marie Rose Sauce)
Snack
- 1 Medium Scotch Egg - 7.5
- 1 pack of quavers - 5.5
- Grapes
Dinner
- TBC

I am a hungry bunny today! Hence the scotch egg and crisps! I don't normally 'do' crisps. Room for another HEXB in there somewhere too :)

Activity - Aim to go on the Wii for 1/2 hr and do 50 sit ups :)

Oh my gosh what a week! Anyhoo as the majority of you are aware... am back on it! Food diary as below:

GREEN FOR ME TODAY

- Was naughty and skipped it as had a dicky tummy from the bottle of wine I consumed on my own last night! :mad:

Mid Morning Snack
- 1 Hi Fi Bar - HEXB
- 3 Mini Babybel Light - HEXA

Lunch
- Boiled New Potatoes - Free
- Celery / Spring onion / Cucumber / Sweetcorn - Free
- Very Low Fat Fromage Frais, smidgen of mustard powder & a smidgen of garlic paste - Free

Mid Afternoon Snack
- Banana

Dinner
- TBC - See what I have in the kitchen. Could be Mushy Pea's and SW Chips. Will update when I know

Also - currently on my 2nd ltr of water (Due to dehydration... lol!) activity after WI and before dinner: 30 mins on the Wii Fit :)

Today is Extra Easy as I have a friend coming over for a takeaway tonight.

Menu as follows:

- Mushrooms (Speed)

Mid Morning Snack

- Mint Hi Fi Bar - HEXB
- Banana

Lunch

- 3 Skinless Chicken Thighs (Speed)
- Spring Onions / Tomatoes / Yellow Pepper / Cucumber (all speed)

Mid Afternoon Snack

- 2 Plums (Speed)
- 1 Apple (Speed)
- Raspberries (SuperSpeed)
- 3 Mini Babybel Light Cheeses - HEXA

Dinner

- 1/2 Portion of Chicken Fried Rice - 4.5 Syns
- Beef Chow Mein - 5.5 Syns

ETA - I had 4 x 250ml glasses of wine - 36 Syns :eek:

Oh dear! :rolleyes: I have come on here to come clean to you lot! I haven't gone over my weekly syns as yet but I have blasted them over the past 2 days so I only have 12.5 left until they re-start on Wed morning! :cry:Hey ho I can still do it! :D

OUCH That's all I am saying... What with the 36 Syns on wine on Wednesday too, I can safely say water is my only beverage this weekend :giggle:

See today is all free! I am being good, could easily cave in to a wine or 2 :rolleyes: but I am not! :D

So here goes, with what I know for today's menu anyway. Will ETA if any changes :)

- Prawns

- 1 tbl spoon tomato sauce - 1 syn
- 2 tbl spoons extra light mayo - 1 syn

Mid Afternoon:
- Hi Fi Bar (HEXB)
- Banana / Apple / Grapes


Dinner:
- 2 Skinless Chicken Thighs wrapped in Bacon and Cheese (HEXA)
- SW Chips (HEXB)
- Mound of Brocolli

- Spar Ham and Cheese Sandwich - Using 3 HEX's on this. Wholemeal Bread @ HEXB and all the cheese as both HEXA this was then synned at 1.5 for the Ham

Mid Morning:
- Blueberries and Blackberries

Lunch
- Spicy Sweet and Sour Mugshot
- 2 Slices of WM bread - HEXB

Mid Afternoon:
- Blueberries and Blackberries
- 2 Full Fat Babybel - 6 Syns

Dinner:
- SW chips covered in 2 'Fried Eggs' and Mushy Peas :drool: Was really nice :drool:

Dinner:
Something with boneless pork chops :confused: probably just a plate of veg for me being as I have used both HEXB's already!
