Extra Easy Sarahandmolly's not going to be fat at 40 diary!

Hey ladies and gents,

I'm off work now until next Tuesday and as far as I can see, the weather is going to be nice today. I can see blue skies and sun already, I just hope it stays like that.

Right, anyway. I've not written down my food on here for the past few days but I've written it down in my notebook so I know I am on track.

Today's food starts like this, I will update as I go along. I'm so happy that gluten free breads etc are included in Healthy B options as I cannot east normal bread.

Breakfast:
2 B-Free Wholemeal toast - Healthy B
2 Eggs


Lunch:
Chicken and veg rice

Dinner:
Chicken supreme
Sweet potato wedges
Baked beans


Healthy A:
30g Cheddar
Healthy B: Wholemeal Toast

Benefit Bar - 3

Well, I've lost another lb this week. :classic_smile: I've also joined SW online as I need that push to get me to my target. So today is the start of the new me.

Thanks hun :classic_cool: I'm quite pleased. 2lbs and then I'm in the next stone bracket. I hope that will happen next Friday.
I've paid for 3 months with SW online and it's already pushing me in the right direction adding everything onto my online diary. Fingers crossed eh? :classic_smile:

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! Bank holiday weekend.... NOT GOOD!!! Tomorrow is a new day, I know. I'm back to work and currently sorting my food, as I'm on a school trip. I'm not expecting a loss on Friday and it's my own stooopid fault!
 
The above continued through to today, not through choice, through stress. We had Ofsted in at school yesterday and it's been manic. I'm back on track today as it's a new day, I've had a sneaky look at the scales and I've definitely gained but I know why. My food choices have been dreadful! Anyway, I'm not going to dwell on it, onwards and downwards :classic_smile:

I'm back on it today though as I only have 9 weeks until I fly to Barbados. So I need to be serious about losing a bit of weight. I am on half term from school now for a week so there is no excuse. xx

Hi all,

I am not a newbie, I have been around for years, trying this diet, that diet etc. I always come back to good old Slimming World. Anyway, I am 40 in November and I have 1 stone 3lbs to lose and I am damned if I am going to be overweight when I hit 40. So, I thought the best thing to do is to start a food diary! I have started today (odd day I know) and I am going to write everything down here. So please, constructive criticism welcome, kick me up the bum if needed.... enjoy reading :classic_smile::classic_smile:

Oh my god, I've totally failed with doing this food diary! I'm officially crap!
Well I have 4.5 weeks until I jet off to Barbados. I AM going to lose 7lbs! That will put me in the 10st bracket. That will do nicely until I get back! So from tomorrow I will be here religiously updating everything that went into my mouth. Sorry for being so bad! xx
