Thanks for all of your lovely comments, I'm a very lucky person being able to go there 3 times so far :D

Well today is not a good day, I have a banging headache and I have lots of college work to do. I'm not letting this put me off plan though, so here it is, Extra Easy again for me today...

HexA: 30g Cheddar (I don't like milk or anything, so this is why I never vary it)
HexB: 2 Slices of W/M Bread

Breakfast:

- 2 'fried' eggs done with fry-light
- 2 slices of toast (B)
- 'fried' mushrooms

Mid Morning Snack:

- 4 Seafood Sticks (It's all I fancied) :(

Well went from bad to worse today - I've had a bad tummy and not ate much! :(

I officially felt awful the whole of yesterday and didn't move off the sofa. I think a trip to the doctors for a girly MOT maybe in order :sigh:
Anyhow, onto today's menu as I'm not letting it beat me today! I'm determined!

Extra Easy

HexA: 30g Cheddar
HexB: 2 Alpen Light Bars

Breakfast:
- 2 Alpen Light Bars

Lunch:
- Syn free quiche
- Slice of turkey
- Lettuce, cucumber, tomato & Spring onion
- 1/2 Packet of Morrisons Vegetable Rice - 1/2 Syn

Will ETA my dinner and snacks as usual

Hey All!

Not had the best of weeks, hence me being AWOL! I haven't been naughty but haven't been feeling great. So been doing plan still as much as I can. Although saying that, I went to WI this morning and lost 1.5lbs so well pleased. Only 2lb to go for my 1st 1/2 stone! So I'm a woman on a mission now! So I'm back..... :D

How are we on this wonderful bank holiday weekend? I am feeling so much better now, it's about time too! :D

Well as usual, I'm Extra Easy today!

Breakfast:
- 2 Slices wholemeal Nimble (HexB)
- 2 Boiled Eggs
- Ham
- 30g Cheddar (HexA)

Mid Morning Snack:
- Orange Fanta Zero
- 6 Seafood Sticks

As per usual, I will ETA snacks, lunch and dinner xx
