Right
I've had a bit of inspiration from another forum member, and decided that its about time I start writing a diary! I've been under the impression that I my weight wasn't a problem, lying to myself that I was happy looking the way I am... It's taken having a long hard look at myself to realise, enough is enough!! :p
I've already started slimming world, and i've lost 9lb which is brilliant, and i'm happy with myself. Slowly but surely its starting to come off. To be really happy i'd like to lose about 5stone. I'm just going to see how things go, i'm not setting myself too many goals, don't want to feel disappointed with myself. :) i'm feelng really happy about this diet.. I'm trying to stay postive!
Well I best start with a diary...
Monday...
BREAKFAST >> 2 x Weetabix and 100ml of milk (Semi-skimmed)
DINNER>> Nothing..... Oooops...
TEA>> Pasta bake with tomatoes and chicken (4 syns) with mixed salad...
Snacks and drinks >>> 3 x cups of tea and 1 packet of Asda crispy buiscuit and apples/oranges and 1 can of diet coke.
Tuesday...
BREAKFAST>> 2 X Weetabix and 100ml of milk ( Semi- skimmed)
DINNER>> Apple, orange and some grapes...
TEA>> 2 X Wholemeal toast...with marg..
Snacks and drinks >>> 1 bottle of flavoured water... no idea how many sins and about 5 cups of tea...oops..
Wednesday...
In bed all day...so not an awful lot...
TEA>> Cottage pie with slimming world chips, and beans...with a bottle of rose oops tehe, and a mullerlight orange and chocolate...

Well thats so far think i'm doing alright, ive started swmming aswell as walking my dogs 3/4 times a day so I should be getting rid of all this weight!
