Lunch- 4ryvita crackerbread 2pp, bread 3pp, WW choc spread 3pp, crisps 6pp
Dinner- chicken ready meal 8pp, veg 0pp
Snacks- alpro soya dessert 3pp, banana 0pp, viennese whirl 4pp

Food looks good for today, is there a barcode scanner in that app Sarah? I use the ultimate food diary mostly for the scanner, there's a tracker and a calculator in it too, really handy! How's college goin? xx

I tried the granola today. 37g of it for 4pp was literally about 2 spoonfulls. So I had weetabix instead with 2pp granola sprinkled on top.

That's good, glad things are going ok.. What was the granola like on weetabix?? I don't eat it that much except on yoghurt sometimes.. Love a banana sliced on top of weetabix, adds a nice sweet flavour xx

Had a good day food wise, but a bad day otherwise. IBS pain was bad today, I made it in to uni and enjoyed my lecture but had a panic attack on my way home :( and i cooked dinner for Dave because last night he said he'd be home, and then when it was nearly done he texted to say he'd got mcdonalds on his way to a games thing! So that was unfortunate. I've been alone all day and all evening apart from the few hours I was out for uni. I need a cuddle!

Thanks guys, uni was great today and I even managed to get a phone interview for debenhams!

way under my points today but I honestly feel stuffed! How strange! I had a weight watchers chicken tikka for dinner and it was sooooo filling I couldnt finish it.
