Sarah's Diary

thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! am feeling nervous! will report back later or tomorrow (if hubby is hogging the pc!)

Mmm had an Indian takeaway last night, oh it was delicious. I went for a green day (as some had suggested the other day when I posted about what would be low in syns) and I had wholegrain rice and lentil dahl with a wholemeal chappati (we have a special Indian takeaway which specialises in more wholesome food which is great), oh my goodness it was absolutely DELICIOUS! I never thought I would like something like lentil dahl so I'm very happy to have tried something new. I loved the wholegrain rice too, definitely would have that whole meal again.

I have no idea how many syns I had but I only had free foods for the rest of the day so hopefully I've done alright.

I dont do green days so Im no expert - but I can say your Indian sounds yummy and very damage limitating! Well done on your four and a half pound loss, its got you off to a really good start xxx

Well I haven't posted for days and there has been a reason for that - I've had a TERRIBLE week (and that word really does warrant being in capital letters lol!), as you may have seen in my other posts, I have had lots of naughty moments, have been dipping into the chocolate spread pot (lots), eaten all sorts of rubbish (between eating the right stuff obviously!).

Well it was weigh in today and the only reason I went was because I bought a pack of 6 meetings (5 plus 1 free) last week and I don't want to waste my money.. I really wouldn't have gone otherwise so for future reference I have found this extremely motivational!

Anyway SHOCK I LOST 2 LBS!!!!!!! Wow am absolutely amazed - how on earth did that happen? I was expecting to have put on! Anyway it *might* catch up on me next week but hey ho I'll worry about that nearer the time woooohoooooo!!

xx

When you are being naughty is when you should spend more time here, especially putting it in your diary. I find that as I type out the silly things I have done it makes me really think about what I've done and I'm less likely to continue in that way
