Thanks guys, I just think the longer ur on plan the sticking at it gets harder and losses motivate me and its even harder to stick at it when im not motivated by the losses but im not gonna give up yet, I need to get that 35lb off at least!

Its coming off Sarah and that's the main thing. Mine is slow but coming off.

Do you track everything? And I mean everything? What's your fruit portions like? Do you exercise?

I track absolutely everything im really fussy! I had lots of oranges last wk but I dont exercise atm due to asthma but im running around after 2/3 year olds in the morning so thats more than I was doing 3 wks ago

Well done the 1lb loss. I know you may have wanted bigger but the fact that your losses are consistent is more important in the longer I reckon.
 
Thanks atomic problem is I get excited for wi and its just a let diwn at a lb but its fine every lb helps! Will see what happens at wi tomorrow

Yes much happier with that, I think it was poss a tad more cause I measured body fat ect today and second time I stood on I was lighter that I was the first time but going with the 2lb for this wk! Will update measurements ect soon

Well done on the loss. Excellent stuff. Do you feel you did anything differently this week to last to explain the difference in the losses or do you think its just bodies sometimes doing their own thing?

Great results with inch loss. Fab stuff. And seems like a pretty good deal for eat more at meal times and get a better loss ;)
