Hi everyone, I've been on this site for a while now. I previously lost roughly three stone but have put on about 1.5 of that since being a student. I lost my weight through calorie counting but found I have lost my way with it after so many times starting again. I tried Slimming World quite a long time ago and thought it was great, but I wasn't in the right frame of mind. I've got all the info and I head back to uni tomorrow. I've already done an online food shop to be delivered tomorrow, so I am ready to start on Monday morning! I know it'll take a while to get into it - pick up all the hints and tips that you get along the way! But I feel VERY motivated this time and so want this to be the year I sort my weight out. Will weigh in on Monday morning but have about 5 stone that I want to lose altogether. Please say hello!
