Sarah's track to getting back!!

Having a hungry day and things I don't even like look nice Arghhhhhhh. But been good apart from having a mini bunny as well as a milky way and mini milk but think I'm still within syns so that's fine. Just feel like I'm gettin no where with this now :(
 
Dunno whether anybody actually reads this but ill still put it on someone might haha

So iv had a funny weekend craved un usual stuff but iv stuck with it and can start and see results. Also gonna measure myself see if that gives me a boost. So...

Mondays food plan

Breakfast - muller yog, banana and a hi fu (heb)

Snack - apple and 2 babybell (hea)

Dinner - potatoe and carrot tagine with cous cous.

Snack -hifi and other babybell (hea & heb)

Felt hungry when I finished work so had 1 slice of toast and butter -5

Tea - seafood salad - lettuce, red onion, cucumber, prawn, crab sticks and fish tails, baby potatoes and 1 tablespoon of thousand island dressing (1.5)

Banana and orange later

Had 100ml of ss - 2.5

And a mini milk later coz its hot hot hot

Total - 10 syn (11 if I decide to have crispy onions)

Have a sunny nite
 
Food plan for Tuesday

Breakfast - Muller yog, banana, weetabix oaty bar

Snack - Apple

Dinner - ham salad and mayo 1 syn
Banana

Snack - banana

2.5 for 100ml of milk

4 diarylee for hea

Tea -chicken salad with jac pot

Hot choc 2 syn

Velvet crunch 4.5 syn

Breakfast - weetabix mini's (heb) and muller yog

Snack - Banana and apple

Dinner - mug shot and melon

snack - bananna

get weighed on a wed so fingers x for me dont know how iv done suppose results will show on wed!!

Dinner - mug shot and malteasers bunny 3 syn

Snack banana

2.5 for milk

Not sure what I'm havin but its gonna be naughty. I'm chuffed iv lost I feel like I'm gettin somewhere

Breakfast - weetabix bar 4 syn , muller yog

Snack - banana

Dinner - tuna salad (0.5 syn mayo) 2 diarylee (hea)

Snack - grapes and banana

Tea - 2 slices of wm bread with eggs and beans

Milk - 2.5

Milky way - 8
Hot choc - 2

Total 16 but had a crappy day in everyway possible
 
Noooo milky way is 6 so total 14 yey
 
Iv had a bad couple of days but not blown the diet completely.

So plan for Sunday

Breakfast - 2 slices of wm bread (heb) with egg and beans

Dinner - chicken salad. Lettuce, red onion, red pepper, sweetcorn, carrot, beetroot. With chicken and jac pot and 2 diarylee (hea)

Tea - not sure yet. Going to see jls tonight and my friends are goin to Italians and I think ill meet them after coz cannot go and eat nothin
 
Iv give up on ee I'm not losing any weight so I'm having a good think and I'm going back to red and green wish me luck x
