tea: hb jacket pot ha cheese steak mushrooms sauce (3) cadburys highlite mousse (3.5)

snacks banana

W.i day tomorrow :confused:

dinner: honey salmon flakes (2), salad, carrots, salad cream (2) ha cheese shape yogurt

tea: 2 bgty saus (1), hb wedges, mushrooms, onions, egg and ketchup (3)

snacks: apple, orange, and shapers choc (4)

lunch:salmon (1) salad saladcream (2) wn roll hb cheese ha banana

tea: roast chicken hb new pots carrott broc cabbage gravy (4)

snacks shape yogurt grapes melon

another weekend without going over my syns

tea: turkey chilli with mushrooms onions chillies peppers tomatoe passata kidney beans (4.5) hb wedges 1/2hb 3 crackerbread. highlights mousse (3.5)

snacks grapes orange

hope the turkey mince tastes nice as it resembled scrabbled egg when cooking

not been on for a few days but have remained 100% on plan.
w.i today -1lb bit disappointed but have now lost 1 stone in six weeks. Will update my days food once decided what to have for t with my veg

hi i have tried slimming world many times before but i am def enjoying it this time. i think it is because i have different reasons for losing this time, i had a son very very premature last yr and he has survived soo many problems. it just made me think i can do something as simply as lose weight and dont want to be a fat mum.

Have been 100% this week apart from a meal at brewsters which was around 20 syns so five syns over one day but had only had 6 the day before and rarely have over 12.
Any tips on how to increase from 1lb a week?
