Satay Chicken noodles

Hi guys,

I've been off the wagon for a while but getting back on track next week so until then I've no access to the online calculator.

Can anyone look up the syn value for "barbecue satay chicken flavour noodles". They are a chinese range from tesco and come in a pack, kind of like super noodles.

The NV per pack are:

351 cal
12.4g protein
67.3g carbohydrate
3.5g fat
1.0g fibre

And obviously the free food allowance would be pasta (noodles). Many thanks x

I would need to know the package/portion size and if the values are per 100g.

Hi the pack size is 90g (1 serving) and the NV I listed are for 1 serving. It just lists the NV per 100g and then per serving (90g) if that makes sense. If it helps the NV per 100g are:

390 cal
13.8g protein
74.8g carbs
3.9g fat
1.1g fibre

Sorry to bump my own post but I've just calculated these online as being free on Green/EE

They are really yummy, and only 45p per pack in Tesco in the world foods aisle. The manufacturer is Chewy International for anyone looking for them x
