Had to WI one day early as I'm away at the weekend. STS, which given the undeserved loss last week & my haggis-fest at the weekend, is fine by me.

Stayed the same this week - rightly so as too many Maltesers and sweet treats been my downfall. Back on track now even though out for lovely Nepalese later - flexi-synning it - hopefully this works!

Forgot to weigh in - duh. 1lb off for me. Not bad especially as had a meal out and nice valentine's meal in so no complaints from me.
