Saturday weigh in

Well done everyone on your losses! :thumbup:

Sadly its a quarter pound gain for me:(. Two days went off plan but gonna be more focused this week. Work stress caused a binge but fingers crossed for a better week.
 
1.5lbs off again this week - would have preferred an extra half to take me into the 12s lol but next week I'll be aiming for the 12s and my first stone :)
 
1lb off for me.. Slow and steady n' all that jazz, just hope its a bit more next week!
 
+3lbs but really not sticked to it. Have also decided to use fitness pal/slimming world now
 
STS again for me today. 3 rd wk in a row now
 
Gained a pound this week! Really annoyed but I lost so much last week that I can't really complain. I'm in Disneyland Paris next weekend for my birthday so a completely off weekend for me! Also had a bad day yesterday. Will stick to it as much as possible! Well done everyone xxx

Have a fab time at Disneyland sounds awesome:D. Really enjoy it and just stay on plan when you can.

I remember reading in sw mag been 50% on the plan is better than been off completely. As you're not then going backwards. It's stuck with me. Had a gain this week but would have been worse if hadn't had some days on plan.

Sounds good, let us know how you get on. I have fitness pal but not sure how calorie counting and sw would mix. Especially when I see how many calories mugshots are!:p

1.5lb off for me this week. Would like 3lb this week to get my 1.5stone award but doubt it! Only 1 more weigh in until Florida, so need a good week!

Have you started a food diary??? It's surprising how much you realise you eat when you write it down, also helps me keep track.
Don't get disheartened though, stick to the plan and hopefully you will see a loss next week xx
 
Night out on Friday. Gonna have to save syns for alcohol. Completely forgot about it!
