Lost 1/4lb. Not as much as id like but at least its going the right way. Good luck everyone x

I lost 1.5lb on Sat, which was what I put on last week. Need to step things up a bit!

I lost 1.8 kilos this week! yey!!!! I started at 90.9 and I am now 80.6 Total Loss 10.3 - So excited.
Cambridge weight plan sure is working for me!

Another pound off this week, was worried I wasn't gonna loose as I've been a bit "syn happy" but it shows the plan works! You can have your cake and eat it! (Just not too much and not every day)
 
Another 1lb off now lost 2st! :)
 
Trying not to be disappointed by the fig on the scales this morning, which show a 2 lb gain, which is 2 up from yesterday! Went out for an Indian last night & woke up this morning feeling totally dehydrated, with a headache, hands etc feel swollen up, so I'm sure the gain is water retention, but.... a WI is a WI, so a gain it is.

dont let it get you down it could be water retention :) keep going, you're doing really well.
