2.5lbs loss this week, and got my 18th Slimmer of The Week. Also as we have been on holiday, we got our Couple of The Year award for 2018. My husband also got Man of The Year too. A great day

I'm so impressed. Well done & good for you! :) I can only hope to have half of your perseverance, typically I lose sight of my goal within a month. Have made big changes this time so I'm very hopeful. Sian x
