Saturday Weigh In's

2lbs off for me today so am v.happy especially as I had no loss last week. Hope all you other Saturday weighers get on ok x

Hi everyone! I am joining WW on Saturday morning. I am new to WW, but not to dieting :) I have joined online, just trying to get my head around it all. I plan to do simple start, followed by F+H.

Hi can I join your forum. I have just finished my first week on ww I got weighed this morning and have lost
5 1/2 pounds. Really pleased. I have found it alot easier than previous diets think getting weighed on a saturday really helps.
 
Yesterday was my first way in, I lost 2lbs which I'm happy with as I've switched over from a VLCD

Well done! Great first loss :) I love Saturday weigh ins, the only problem I find is trying to get through the Friday night being good! X
 
Dreading weigh in tomorrow - meal out Thursday lunch with friends and out tonight, Valentines, for a meal with a friend (hubby working) - weigh in Sat morning - not holding out much hope - wish me luck ladies.....xx
 
Hope everyone did better than me. Second week in and sts:-( really thought I had done well too. I am so disappointed. Going to count points next week good luck everyone.

I've just started my first week & wi day is sat so I'll update then. I've got a monthly pass & am doing pp rather than simple start! I'm hoping for at least a couple of pounds, been doing sw on & off for a couple of years with not much change in weight.
 
1.5 lbs off this week wool wool :) xx
