Yay the weekend at last!!

B: yogurt (got up late)
L: Pasta with tomato and red pepper sauce (Free)
D: SW potato wedges, 2 poached eggs and baked beans (Free)

Hmmm, not quite sure where to put my B's in.... may have some ryvita mid afternoon. I really need to get back on track with it as I've come off plan the last few days. Have been cat sitting for parents, so not got my cupboards of SW food. Grrr. xx

Morning...

Gemma, SW is fantastic - I know everyone says it, but it is!! I actually prefer SW wedges to chip shop chips now!!

Fatfighter, my sauce recipe is pretty much guess work, but I will usually dice some onion and fry in frylight, then add some red peppers into the pan (plus anything else) and some chilli powder, let it all mingle together for a bit then add a tin of chopped tomatoes. Leave to simmer for 20 mins or so. I also add 1 or 2 artifical sweetners and some cherry tomatoes towards the end.

Ohh and if you have a B left you can add your allowence of chopped bacon. As far as I can tell this is free on green (minus bacon) or red. Make loads and freeze it! Sorry I can't be more accurate with quantities, I just throw stuff in.

If you do a search on this site for tomato sauce recipe it should pull a load up for because there have been a few posted and although its tomato/pasta sauce everyone does it a little different

My food today

b Nut clusters with ss milk (hex a and hex b), weight watchers yogurt

L Pasta n sauce with quorn sausages, muller light

D Jacket potato with tuna (hex b) mixed with quark and light mayo 2.5 sins, cheese (hex a) salad, 2 slices of weight watchers bread 5 sins and 2 tsp of low fat spread 2 sins.
