    Hello all! Busy doing coursework today!

    Red day today

    B: banana, nectarine, vanilla mullerlight
    MM: 2 scrambled eggs with a lc lite, 3 rashers turkey bacon, tomatoes
    L: Tuna, gherkins, 1 tbl lite mayo 2 syns, salad
    D: Grilled steak, roasted bns & fennel with olive oil HE B, leeks

    S: date 2 syns, alpen lite bar 1/2 HE B, glass of wine and soda 3 syns
    Tea throughout the day with skim milk HE A

    E: 1 hour walking
    W: 2 litres
