Hey

Does anyone know how many pp in a sausage and bacon sandwich! I was really good did 4 night shifts and today the last night after it. I became weak and had a brown bread sandwich with I believe 2 sausages and a rasher! A bit of butter any ideas. I'm sad to say probably too much

Wholemeal Brown bread would be 4ppts for 2 slices, Sausages if they are Asda Cafe type will be 6ppts for the two and the rasher of bacon probably 3ppts. Total of 13ppts + Spread.
