I can't find the sausage thread I was subscribed to

Does anybody know any Tesco or Morrisons sausages that are very low syn, I would like to make scotch eggs

The Morrison's nu me sausages are 1 syn each. 50% less fat or something and cheaper than weight watchers ones x

are the nume instead of eat smart? if not eat smart are 0.5 syns each and they're nice

I'm not sure, my Morrison's have stopped selling the eat smart ones x

I asked in mine at weekend and was told NuMe is the replacement range. Bought some of the sausages and will be trying them - at 1 syn each they are double the eat smart so had better have double the yumminess.

I do remember thinking there nicer, I'm not a huge fan of sausages, to be honest I only really eat them when I'm doing sw x
