My counsellor gave us two free samples this week and have just tried one they are really nice. Can you tell me how much they are (I think you buy them seperatley) and how many are we allowed in a day. It has just really warmed me up yum.

You are allowed 2 a day, and they are VERY expenisve.... 5 or 6 pounds for a weeks supply I think. Most of us drink Marigold Veggie Boullion which is the same - bbbut about 1.50 for jar and will last a long long long time!

Most supermarkets, I got mine from Sainsburys and I believe someone got one from Tescos.

They sell it in Asda too - it's with the stock cubes.

I got it from asda... got the reduced salt version and its still quite salty
