I'd say 90% are from the UK, however we meet every so often in different parts of the UK for a night out. It's great and such a laugh. Very inspiring to meet successes in the flesh. the next meet is in Newcastle I think.

I tend to use fat as an excuse not to do things like meeting new people or going on nights out sometimes, or taking on things at work - need to stop using it as an excuse so that's probably my number 1!

I do that.. especially if I know theres going to be slim people around wherever it is I am going. -_- clubs are generally a no no cuz I just stand around feeling inadequate lol
