    Just saying hello

    I have been visiting the site as a source of support when I am trying to stick to a diet. Reading the posts can keep me feeling motivated. I am a yo yo dieter who has got back up to my highest level again and I need to do something about it. Starting again at the beginning of the summer holidays is going to be tough I know, but I thought seeing my progress on this site would help.

    Thanks for the hellos I am calorie counting. I have done SW and WW before so I know the amount I need to eat to lose weight. The problem I have with staying on it is alcohol, as I love an ice cold lager or two to relax in the evening usually before tea. So I also have to cut out alcohol altogether.
