Scales not moving???

Weighed myself today when I got home from work I had 1 shake at 8 am and a litre of water at work checked ketostik and it was purple but I was gutted I was the same weight since last Thurs this has never happened before to me would appreciate if anyone has an idea why this happened ?
Ps I've been 100% x

Best thing is to weigh ur self in the morning I find that if I weigh myself after shakes and water I've put on i think its from the water weight...also I've weighed myself b4 weigh day not lost nothing then on the day have lost 4lb

Thanks Elle just got such a fright will not weigh until Sat which is week 2 WI but really hope I get a fairly good loss X

My second week weight has been exactly the same! I get weighed in the morning but from weds-sun my weight stayed the same, but i havent weighed myself since sunday as i prefer the suprise, hopefully it will be a good one! its like elle said its just the fluid slushing around
