    IM ABIT CONFUSED ABOUT MY WEIGHING SCALES I HAVE IN THE HOUSE. I WEIGHED MY SELF TODAY IT SHOWED 11.11 THEN I WENT TO BOOTS AND USED THERE BIG SCALE WHICH SAID 11.8. I CAME HOME CHECKED MY SCALE AGAIN 11.11 nOW IM CONFUSSED DOES THAT MEAN MY SCALE IS WRONG.
    I WEIGH MYSELF ONCE A WEEK SO MAYBE I SHOULD JUST DO IT AT THE CHEMIST.

    Always weigh yourself on the same scales at a similar time of day once a week; different scales have different zero values so you will weigh different on them. Your weight will also fluctuate on a daily basis due to fluid retention, hormones etc so weighing daily will drive you nuts!

    And should we be offended that under the forums list there is an add for a digital crane that weighs from 0.1 tonnes upwards????:eek:
