Scan Bran Cake

Hi Guys & Girlies....

Im just wondering which is the best Scan Bran recipe? I realllllyyyyy want to try making one, but not sure which is the best to try.

Anyone got any tips?

I have a piece of scan bran cake most days. It's saved my diet on many occasions. I like the basic one wit sweet mincemeat in it, and the banana one. I don't really like the chocolate one though.
Search on here for the recipes because there are lots of them.

How do they count towards syns?

I don't think i'd use them as HEXB as I dont want to loose my weetabix or toast... lol... So I think i'd count it as a lil treat to myself syn!

The whole cake I make has 8 syns. I cut it into 4 so it has 2 syns each piece. The marmalade one is good too. I often have 2 slices of WW brown Danish for a sandwich and a piece of scan bran cake to make up one HexB

When you first try it it's a bit odd but by the time you've eaten it all you'll be hooked, well I was.

Soooo.... I made the Chocolate Scan Bran Cake...and its to bitter for my liking, altho I am forcing it down.

Has anyone got a nice recipe? Id like the Banana one! xx
