Scan Bran Stuffing?

    I have been thinking of making this for a little while, but have not got round to it yet. I cannot remember seeing a recipe -so I have thought of this in my head....

    5 Scan Bran
    3 eggs
    2 large finely diced onion (dry fried)
    sage (Lots dried or fresh)

    Soak the scan
    whisk the eggs
    all whilst dry frying the onions
    Mix all ingredients incl herbs together

    Place in a plastic chinese container and mcirowave for 6-7 mins

    Works for the scan bran cake - so what do you think (maybe you could also mix in the inners out of a couple of eat smart sausages to make it more luxurious:fingerscrossed:

    sounds good actually, worth a shot at least. I have never had scan bran although seen a couple recipes I like the look of.

    still have not got round to trying it - whenever we have a dinners I have already used my syns... or decide i need them for all that luscious gravy:D
