Thanks Foxy1509 I'll have a look in store then. I can get them from the class but I'm thinking of stopping that and going it alone, so I wanted to see where else I could get them from.

Not tried them yet but i've been suffering with a bit of constipation (sorry TMI!) and so was hoping this might help
