Extra Easy Scan bran

I bought some today. I LOVE it on it's own, does that make me weird?? ;-)

Guess we're all different! Do you also like sawdust?

I used to think the only thing it was good for was wall insulation however I tried it again the other week and if it is topped with tuna mayo, lettuce and red onion it's actually bloody delicious!

Funny how our tastes change!

I do really like scan bran cake and the options, yogurt fruit mix that I had earlier but still can't face eating it as it is, even topped with loads of stuff, tried it once and never again! Tell you what though if I could eat 5 a day I'd have no problems drinking more!

I haven't tried it ;-) I find scan bran tastes like sweet ryvitas which is nice x
