Hi, I am using these between 4 this evening and can't remember the syn value. They are on the SW site because I've synned them myself before. The pack is 350g. Can anyone help me please?

I am putting them in a stew (random I know but it's nice lol) so will only have a handful. My boyfriend and 2 girls will eat the rest I've been saving my syns so have plenty spare. Thank you xx
