If your not hungry I'd leave them :) because it could boost your weight loss, or have some fruit :) but atleast you know you can have something extra if you really want it xx

Well ive only been doing it for a week but most days i get to about 23-26 apart from the weekends when ive used my weekly points :) xx

I lost 4.5lbs which i was well chuffed about :) considering i ate a footlong subway at the weekend! haha :) have you had your first WI yet? xx

Yes i lost 3.5lb and i ate loads :) im aiming for a 2lb loss this week
