    shell hates diets

    ive started the diet a lovely selection of shakes and soups!!! im dreading this....worried that ill be constantly starving ....and how do you cope when you have kids to cook for....and can anyone tell me...hoe do i get that little colourful weight tracker thingy on my profile?????

    Welcome Shell,

    The first couple of days are tough but you can get through it ...once you go into ketosis the diet does become that much easier to do.

    As for cooking some find they love cooking when on the diet...strange I know, but it does happen:rolleyes: Others do find it difficult at the helps to have your CD pack before starting to cook as it will take the edge of your appetite and have a glass of water to sip while cooking.

    Be sure to do some before photos and take some body measurements along with writing out a list of goals you would like to achieve.

    Also, it helps to keep focus if you join one of the many weight loss challenges.
