Just made the scotch eggs again for the first time since being back on plan. I ended up boiling 4 eggs, used 6 light choice sausages over the 4 eggs and bread worked out to half a HexB per egg. I didn't coat the sausage meat with beaten egg this time before rolling in the breadcrumbs and found that the crumbs coated to the sausagemeat fine on their own. So saved an egg and a few calories hehe

I also cooked them in the airfryer today, they only took about 12 minutes and came out crisp on the outside and succulent on the inside, they were absolutely delicious and I ended up eating two with a salad but I am absolutely stuffed now.

Thanks for your variety of the recipe Bilsat, will give that a go sometime as I do like spicy food

I made some last night with the Jo's Sausage meant (Syn gree) boiled eggs and dired cous cous. Had mine with a massive salad really enjoyed them.
