Well I now have some new bathroom scales, thought i ought to get some that actually tell me the truth about my fat elf bum!!! Starting to get myself ready for the start of my journey with Taz. Given Him indoors the remainder of my box of chocs....ok so it happens that the only ones left are the ones i don't particularly like but least they are out of my reach now and less likely to add to my bum before the 10th!!

All sounds good there Elf. And yes, you need to check in often otherwise the place goes mad and it takes forever to catch up!!!
