Good evening, alas i was at work when you both messaged me. I have to admit being back at work was so much better for the food consumption....no time to be bored and pick!!!

Hurrah for friday weigh ins....i did weigh in this morning and although i don't start my diet till monday I am pleased to report a 2lb loss
