I make scrambled eggs in the microwave without any milk. Beat two eggs in a mug, add salt, pepper, a small splash of water and a few drops chilli sauce. Microwave on high for 1 minutes, stir, then microwave in bursts of 15 secs stirring in between until a little bit undercooked. Serve.
You will need to experiment to find out exactly how long it takes in your microwave but mine takes 1½ minutes.
