    I have a yummy find, pork rinds, which Jim assures me is pork scratchings that you pop in the microwave in a bag like popcorn. And voila you have hot scratchings. I can't eat them all, as it makes quite a bit, so I just pop them in a ziploc bag for the next day. Great snack and they are on sale at the mo if anyone is interested.

    LOL, ain't it the truth!

    It's odd, they come in a popcorn bag, and are small but when you nuke them they pop and fill the bag, darndest thing I tell you! Must have been created by a southerner! :)

    Hmmm, sounds interesting. If I was on induction I'd probably try them, they sound different. Have you had the normal scratchings we have here Steph.

    I think I have had them once in a pub, so the memory is a bit fuzzy after a bit of real ale, and think they were a bit mushy which put me off.

    some can be mushy, most are quite hard really Steph.
