Going by my old book, but still the same with the new one..Just made this awesome speg arabiata with seafood:

Speghetti
Pasata
1 green chili
100g Prawns HE
Basil
dried italian herbs
Yellow Pepper
Mushrooms

  1. Chop mush and pepper, spray with fry light and season.. and bake for 10/mins.
  2. Cook speghetti
  3. Fry (fry light) chilli and then add pasata and dry herbs
  4. Remove baked veg and add to pasata, then add prawns, simmer for 10 mins, then chop fresh basil and stir in,
  5. Drain Speghetti and add to sauce..
Yummyyyyy :D:D:D. You can use yor other HE for cheese to go on your meal too.
