oils are a no-no, and garlic too (has carbs in) but you can add dry seasoning - not sure what ones to watch for on this, so wait for a CDC's advice :) I've used paprika, curry powder and chilli powder with a small amount of herbs, but that's it so far. :)
I use water to 'fry' in.. not oil :)

You can add a little chilli power, mixed herbs or curry powder with care.

No to garlic or onions as they contain carbs, and no to salt or ginger I'm afraid :(
