Second time round.

    So I started CD SS again (the first time, a couple of years ago, was a pretty feeble attempt to be honest, didn't even try) on Monday 10th October, and had my first weigh in today, after 3 1/2 days and have lost....5lbs! I have done really well, no cheating whatsoever, and even managed to get through an Eating and Drinking training day on my second day, where i was surrounded by food and feeding other people. I just wish I'd done it properly the first time!

    Starting at 17st 2lbs on 10/10/11
    16st 11lbs on 13/10/11

    Hoping to get down to around 11st.

    Yay - go you! You should feel proud of yourself. Literally ALL i did for the first few days was lay in bed and watch stuff on iplayer... :eek:

    Thanks :) I think i've found it quite easy so far because I've been really busy, working, training, driving lessons, I've made sure that I'm not sat doing nothing for very long periods of time because thats when i always snack, bored therefore hungry kind of thing lol x
