Second week weigh-in, not lost anything!

I am not a happy bunny. I haven't changed weight for the last 7 days and have no idea why. I've been on plenty diets before and this has never happened before, not even weeks or months further down the line. I have been keeping a diary of calorie and fat amounts and am not going over or under on cals (1500 per day) and my fat intake is always below the 45g max per day. I do not always stick to the 5g per 100g rule though. I do an hours walking per day. Drink 1.5-2litres of water daily.

I have had far fewer side effects the second week but also have felt bloated and havent needed to go to loo much fror bowel movements. Its like my body is trying to stop the fat leaving me!

What on earth is going on?!

do you do any exercise ? (sorry if I have asked before) when you walk at what pace are you at? its best to do a minute fast then a minute slower and keep repeating...(or 5 minute intervals of each )
Do you eat bran/fibre as to kick start your bowel movements?

60floz water, 1 tbs unsweetened cranberry juice, 2tbsp lemon juice and a dandelion teabag...let these infuse and drink throughout the day...this will help get rid of the bloat and any water you are holding onto aswell as detox

Can I ask if your stressing over weight loss all the time as its proven to bring it to a halt!! try not to think about it all the time !!

I drink around 4 litres of water a day for my height and weight thats recommended
