Self Sabbotage

Hey everyone,
Sorry to be a moaning mope on a Monday but I am seriously self sabotaging myself this week and I can't stop :(

I have just 1 lb to lose this week to hit my 3 stone award this Thursday and yet I keep cheating and going off plan, I don't know why, I just want bad stuff :(

I tried filling out an SAS log but it's not helping, I don't know why I'm doing it, I just feel so down this week :(

Like I said last night after being 100% all day that il have mon-thurs100% and hopefully that will pull back any damage but this morning I stepped on the scales ( I know I shouldn't have but mine are exact to SW) and I was up 3 lbs so I went off on one again and had a big baguette for lunch :(

I need a big kick up the bum and feel free to give me a few slaps to knock me out of this rut.. Im just more upset that I won't lose this week :(

Well with weigh in on thursday you've still got time to do your best to make up for it! Have lots of speedy foods but use your syns to have a small treat at the end of the day or when your feeling lowest in the day. Sounds like you've done really well so far and hope to hear you've got ur 3 stone on Thursday! I'm away with work this week and having to eat out for meals! I've made a spreadsheet with all my syns on but it's not looking good! I'm back on Friday and weigh in the Wednesday after that so I'm hoping to have a few days of speedy foods and not so many syns to try and even out the 2 weeks!!

oh hun don't beat youself up, we all have these weeks, it always seems to be when were trying to get to that next award or stone bracket, so ______________ a line, get back on plan, and weigh-in could be better than you hope. Let us know how you get on. Good luck;)

Get back on plan asap, drink a load of water and you will limit any damage for Thursday. You have not gained before. Well done! But if you do, it ain't the end of the world so don't go mad.

PS - are your stats up to date? It is not adding up to me but then I am easily confused.

Thanks guys, no I must update silly sausage, I'm always on the iPhone these days, il do it later tho :)

Ok ive drank 2 liters water so far today and just going to try get back in track.. Fingers crossed i will atleast sts

Well done on the weight you have lost already its fantastic!!! Dont beat yourself up anymore be proud of what you've achieved already. As I need to lose over 6 stone I am inspired by someone who has lost as much weight as you already.....hope that you get to 3 stone on thurs, if not, you will be over 3 stone by next week!!!!

Agree with the others chick! Don't beat yourself up! You've done so well and come this far, you know if you draw a line under it, you can do it!!!

Thank you guys, I honestly got on track after this post ate like a rabbit, drank 5 liters of water a day.. Ended up being a star week and I still lost 3.5 lbs and hit my 3 stone last night yay!!! I have just 19lbs until target, cant believe it!! Thank you everyone for your encouragement!

Have to be extra good this week so it doesn't come back and bite me on the ass this week :)

I've got about 20 pounds to target (my stats are all over the shop too)

Well there's your answer to the reason you were sabotaging! That happens to me, even though I don't actually get a proper *week-(mirena) I have an absolute ravaging day where I feel awful and want to eat everything and a few days later, lo and behold, there will be a bit of spotting. I never realise until after the event.

Congrats on your new award and the great loss despite *week interference!!
