Well done Catdor, that's excellent! You must be really proud of yourself!

I was weighed last night and sadly only lost 1 lb (which takes me up to a lowly 3 lbs this month so far:sigh. I know, I know it's a pound in the right way but I'm really knocking myself out on this diet and it's slowed down to a crawl. A woman boasted last night that she cheated all week with alcohol and tackaways but still managed to loose 5 lbs .

Right, moaning done... I'm now going to be positve about the loss. It's better than week two where I only lost 0.5.

By the by, reading about everyone's success is really spuring me on in this diet. It helps to see it working for so many people

well feeling better now eventually after my op to remove my gall bladder, can i join Septembers challenge, as last month i lost a whole 2 lbs lol

so add me 5lbs please, and I lost 0.5lbs last night at my first weigh in for two weeks......

Well didn't do very well at WI last night, gained 1.5lbs but I did have my hols last week and the lovely monthly visit this week so I think I got off lightly!
