My last meeting of September tonight and I lost one pound!

And the very last day (and WI) of the month - i've lost 3lbs!!! Which is a grand total of 10lbs in September!! WOOO!!

Well, final weigh in and I lost 2.5 lbs. Which has taken me up to my first stone off (only took eight weeks ). So instead of loosing the 5 lbs I thought I would this month, I've actually lost 9.5!! I'm a happy bunny indeed... And it's all thanks to the amazing support on here
