September challenge - make it count

How many do you normally have? I usually use them all but still +3st to lose and working okay for now. I might need to reduce them when I'm nearer target.

I was having them all. Cut down to between 5 and 10 last week. Going to do the same this week although I have a night out on Friday which I'll be over syns!

This week has started smiling for me now. I'm glad that the good news with my mum has sunk in lol. :)

Forgot to update here yesterday.. Week 2 : 1.5 off.

that's 5lbs off so far this month.. I'm quite happy with that. :D

1lb off for me. Need a good week next week if i'm gonna hit my 8lb target for this challenge.

All planned for the week and shopping being delivered tomorrow so as long as I make good choices on my night out Friday there's no reason why not
