I did join the August one but i Failed miserably but i really feel determined now and have a new outfit to wear for a night out on 29th Sept which i need tolose about 14lbs to get into, so thats my September goal 14lbs. I weighed this morning and my next weigh in in next Monday evening so is it ok to use my loss from today until next monday as my first week?
