Can i be nosey and butt in here and ask what tabata is? I need a good workout which is about 20 mins a day x
 
It's high intensity interval training Becki, if you youtube the insanity workout that's a good example. First session nearly killed me lol

September is a very active month for me, one 20 mile walk, one half marathon, one 5k and one 10k aswell as regular run training and gym use.
 
One hour in the gym today. Gina.. some fantastic hours... Already over half way. Go you :)

I got it off you tube, searched metafit & tabata came up. not really got the time for a class with nursery runs & a baby so do it in the house! Really enjoyed it & 20 mins is long enough for me!
 
Just 15 mins strength today. Resting from run last weekend for upcoming 5k.

Worried as I have two weeks biz travel starting Monday. Hoping to exercise a lot.
