Does anyone fancy joining me in setting down their September goals on this forum? To cover WI's from 1st to 31st September.

Today is day 1 for me so I will weigh in on 11th, 18th and 25th 3 weigh ins. Looking for a good start so will go for 14 pounds.

3lb off 9th Sept and 6lb off week before on the 3rd sept. total 9lb lost. WOOP WOOP!!

Can I join in this please? I want to lose 15lbs by the the end of the month.

First weigh in: 22/09/10 (but should be the 21st but away)
Second weigh in: 28/09/10

Realistically, would like to lose atleast half a stone by end of the month (started on the 14th), but wouldn't mind more. :)

I'm probably setting myself up to fail because if I stick to the plan, there's nothing more I can do to help the weight loss, and if I don't lose over 14lbs, I'm going to be disappointed. However, I am determined to stick to it and I really, really hope it comes off. It'll be the motivation needed for me to keep on plan.

Charlie, I can relate to you. I am thinking ahead (which I shouldn't) of the disappointment I may face. However, let's face this instead; we are all different, with different body types, different metabolism etc, so we WILL lose differently. But at the end of our journeys, we will all be thin and healthy, nevermind when it ends. :)

Me too. I have my first proper WI tonight and am already thinking how to manage when I don't get the loss I hoped for. No reason to think that as have stuck to it 100%!

May I join? 10lb by end September.

Oh and OCD dictates that the names must be in alphabetical order lol, hope no one minds me organising them!

Very true Cereal.. I suppose it doesn't matter how long it takes, as long as we get there in the end!
