Hi all, im judi, as the subject says I am a serial diet starter but I've joined up here to try and keep my motivation going and to do something different. I've spent most of my 20's overweight and unhappy with my size. I'll be 29 in June and my aim is to at least have the last year of my 20's at a size I'm happy with. I was slim once at about age 20 but was not happy, now I'm overweight but in all other areas happy! I'm on the new propoints weightwatchers finding it tough at the moment but I am determind!! If there is anyone that could give me dome tips I would be grateful. I just want to achieve this one thing!! Thanks everyone for reading!!
