I have had two really successful loses in 2008 and the 2012 first for a holiday and then when I graduated from Uni but have since slowly piled it all back on.
I have probably tried to restart 4/5 times done the ticker etc then fallen first just after one week, then never made it to week 1 for the other times.
So that's the reason I haven't posted so far as I was scared that I wouldn't do it this time as well.
I have to say the first day was fine, but day 2 and 3 were terrible, I believe due to the caffeine withdrawal.
Love the meals, bars and puddings my favourite is the pancakes. Going to try the noodles for tea tonight followed by apple crumble
The only one I haven't liked is beef casserole it was disgusting:jelous:
Going away at August and hoping to lose 5 stone so good start week one fingers crossed I will do it this time.
